CC Maggie-38 Women's Knee High Kitty Heel Boots with Wide Shaft - Stylish & Comfortable for Office, Party & Night Out

It was packaged inside a box with another item I ordered so when I saw the shoe box I had to look at the outer box again because the shoe box was beat up and had a hole in the center. So I was expecting beat up boots too where someone maybe returned them and they turned abound and sent it to me without looking them over. They seemed in great shape despite the box. It has been a long time since i have worn heels and I am still overweight so i know that is part of the reason why my feet hurt. I have inserts coming to help with that issue (I hope). They are beautiful and had several complements the first day I wore them. The only thing that upset me about them was the lower buckle on the right boot kept coming undone. When you are walking into work with your 2 year old, your bag, purse and their bag it is difficult to repeatedly stop and do up the buckle (3 minute walk from the parking lot to the building and stopped 3 times...) After I dropped my little one off at daycare I played with my boots and entwined the piece more so it stayed the rest of the day. I plan to tack them this weekend so I never have this issue again. I was afraid that they would be too tight around my calf but as others had said it fit beautifully. They are mid-calf height though not knee highs as the description saysUpdate* I just had to glue the plastic piece on the heel as it came put while I was at work. It did not collapse on me but when I saw the plastic piece on the ground and looked at it I knew what it was right away and if that had happened when I was out somewhere I may not have been able to find it to glue it back on...
